Born in Occidental Mindoro, found her passion for art early in life, fueled by childhood sketches and school art competitions. Cleer's distinctive artistic style features rhythmic patterns, shapes, and vibrant color palettes that often reflect personal experiences.

Specializing in digital art, she skillfully uses Adobe Illustrator to create intricate patterns from initial sketches. Currently, she is one of the homegrown artists of a local brand, Millie Monday, where she created the notable "Lakbay" series, which celebrates the beauty of the Philippines and aims to evoke nostalgia and pride in Filipino cultural heritage.
